This Privacy Policy explains what information Flier Attire collects, why we collect it, and how we use it when you visit flierattireshop.com, join the waitlist, or place an order. It applies to this website only.

We do not sell personal data. We use the minimum information needed to run the brand and fulfill your order.

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

When you join the waitlist: your email address and an optional variant interest. We use this only to send drop alerts.

When you visit the site: aggregate page analytics through Plausible. Plausible is cookieless and does not collect personal data.

When you contact us: your name, email, and the contents of your message via Resend, our email provider.

To process and ship your order. To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and drop alerts you opted into. To improve the site by looking at aggregate traffic patterns. To respond when you contact us.

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Stripeprocesses payments and stores billing details under PCI compliance. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.

Apple Pay and Google Paymay be offered at checkout. Use of those wallets is governed by Apple and Google's privacy policies.

Plausible Analytics measures aggregate site traffic. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data collected.

Resend sends transactional and marketing email.

Vercel hosts the site and may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and performance.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from bots and abuse. It runs a silent verification when you join the waitlist or contact us, and may process limited technical signals to tell humans from automated traffic. This processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We use a minimal set of cookies. Stripe sets cookies required for fraud prevention at checkout. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing pilot.markk32@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
