Every Flier Attire hat is a limited drop. We make a small batch, sell it, and move on. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, or buyer's remorse. Please review the product photos, measurements, and details carefully before checking out.
One exception: manufacturing defects.
If your hat arrives with a defect we missed in QC (bad stitching, a damaged patch, anything that is not right), email pilot.markk32@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it, or refund the full purchase price including shipping if a replacement is not possible.
