The Patch
Each one, engraved.
Every Flier Attire patch is hand-cut from cognac leather and engraved with the brand mark. No printed graphics. No fast-fashion shortcuts. Just real leather, real craft, and a logo built to outlast the hat itself.
Built like an instrument.
Worn like a hat.
Three places we sweat the detail. The bill stays curled, the mesh stays cool under a headset, and the leather patch never fades.
- 01 of 03

The bill.
Pre-curled, eight visible top arcs, holds its shape after months in a flight bag.
- 02 of 03

The mesh.
Four panel mesh back, breathable under a headset, sits clean over the ears.
- 03 of 03

The patch.
Cognac leather, pressed clean to the panel, logo engraved. No embroidery, no fade.

Built by a Flight Instructor.
